In regards to the Ampere vs Noctis battle:

Do note that each spell (apparently regardless of element) has a 100+MATK modifier.

Ampere has only 80 Max HP

Ampere, apparently, was also hit by a Blizzard, which dealth 120 damage, during ROUND 2.

IF Noctis was knocked out in the same round due to Ampere's Thunder, then I would call it a DKO. However, Noctis survives the blow (150-120=30).

Therefore, only AMPERE = KO
