UN Spacy Variable Fighter Pilot OCC
The Variable Fighter Pilots of the UN Spacy Armed Forces are some of the most self reliant group of individuals in the 21st century. They fly the deadly war machines that mankind has ever known - the Variable Fighter. Anyone may apply to become a Variable Fighter Pilot; however competition is hot for these limited positions.
Applicants must be 16 or over and under go 3 years of Flight School and training in every element of flying and fighting in these faster than sound state of the art transformable Fighters. Graduates become trained in piloting all standard Variable Fighter models, starting with the basic VF-5000T-G Star Mirage Variable Trainer, and the main frontline VF-11 Thunderbolt.
Some pilots have been known to graduate within 2 years - these pilots are usually assigned to fly Variable Fighters such as the VF-17 Nightmare or the new VF-19 Excalibur as their first assignment, having shown excellent piloting skills and an aptitude to learn fast. See the Standard List of Variable Fighters for details on units available to pilots.
The average age of the pilots is 19, however those pilots who are smart enough to graduate in 2 years could possibly be as young as 18.
