Sometimes his hotheaded but he knows how to control his anger, he scared of seeing people who are close to him to die, is the eldest in his family after his parents. He sometimes loses his concentration when he thinks of something deep, especially Nerissa....
Shun Merce` was born on May 6 C.E. 61 near the neutral Kingdom of Scandinavia. He never had an experience of discrimination against the Coordinators. As time pass, he grew older and met many friends. He learned a great deal of knowledge from the schools of Scandinavia and meets Nerissa for the first time.
After many years the discriminations of the Naturals got more serious, Shun gets the surprise of his life when he saw the Naturals fire a nuclear missile directly at Junius 7 and the 1st Bloody Valentine War begins.
As the war continued Shun also continues to run with his friends and family. Finally they found refugee at Orb Union and there she meets Nerissa once again...
After escaping the attack of the Earth forces on Orb, Shun flees to the Equatorial Union with his family and friends.
He became a computer engineer after the war, lives a normal life and does not worry much after the war.
One day as he looks up in the sky a huge thing was falling on Earth and he did not know that it was already Junius 7.
All of that changes when the 2nd Bloody Valentine War started. As a result it destroyed his home and most of all what his family have.
After the fall of the remains of Junius 7 on Earth, Shun and his family move to the PLANTS to settle there and live a new life. Unfortunately, he, his brother and sister got separated from his parents and friends before leaving Earth.
Now after surviving two wars Shun saw the horror of what war can do. Even though the war is over, he still can't get over of what happened to his family and his friends, Shun decided to join the Military hoping that he could regain what he lost.
Even though all the battles have stop, more and more mobile suits are being launched into the Cosmic Era which troubles him more. If all of this got out of control the world will be plunged into yet another war...
Knowing that being a soldier is that he must take life and without a second thought...
